Fantastic location, very central and close to the restaurants and lake. Photo's did not do the apartment justice, it had everything you needed and was very spacious. Lovely balcony. Hosts were fantastic at communicating, and they even left a beautiful welcome gift. Superb value for money. We opted to stay in a hotel on our final night in Stresa but wished we had booked this for a second evening as it was better than the more expensive hotel that we opted for on our final night!

Excellent quiet location with secure parking. The apartment was clean and well presented and had everything we needed as well as a lovely outdoor space for relaxing in. It was easy to access all the sites of Lake Maggiore but you would need a car. Pietro was easily contactable and very helpful. Good Wi-Fi connection. I would highly recommend.

The authentic villa is a great place to be. It breathes a very nice atmosphere of “grandeur at the lake”.
The pool is a great refresher when you come back from a day trip around the lake or as a great start of your day.
There is a lot to explore in the area; great restaurants but also a challenging mountainbike tour in the mountains just above the villa.
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the apartment on lower level of the villa with the little secluded terrace which was perfect for us and our little Maltese dog. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area. A little public beach is only a 5 min walk away and a bigger sandy beach is a 15 min walk away. The centre of Lesa with some nice restaurants can also be reached within 15 min by foot. Enrico is the perfect host, friendly, helpful, engaged, and very welcoming. We enjoyed every chat with him ☺️
Villa Preziosa was a cute and comfortable B&B in Lesa. The owner, Giuseppe was very nice and gave good recommendations on what to do in the area. The rooms were quiet with good views of the fog-covered mountains. There was a shared kitchen so it was nice to be able to cook. Next door is a supermarket so that was convenient. The train station is a few minutes walk away and the train takes you to nearby towns such Arona and Stresa.
We had a pleasant stay at this B&B, situated in a beautifully renovated villa. Despite the room's small size, it exuded a cozy and fully renovated ambiance, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The ample parking on the property was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the breakfast served here was outstanding, and the friendly lady overseeing it added a warm and welcoming touch to our stay.
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Alice. The house is beautiful and has an even more beautiful garden with pool. The owner was super friendly and always there for us. She made us an incredibly delicious tiramisu. We would come back anytime.
Lovely modern apartment in Lesa. Clean and comfortable to stay in with our 6 year old. Lesa is a very beautiful small town in a stunning location with some nice restaurants within easy walking distance. A bit further away is the supermarket, piscina and Erno beach. We didn’t have a car and managed well using the bus service to visit places. We enjoyed visiting Stresa, taking the ferry to the three islands, going to Parc Pallavicio, Villa Taranto and relaxing at Meina lido. It is such a beautiful area.
Very welcoming and accommodating. Made us feel very at home. Lovely garden and very clean small pool to relax beside. This is a villa and not a faceless hotel. Room had small balcony to share a drink with a view. Useful refrigerator outside bedroom and some complimentary refreshments (plus our beer and wine). Insisted on transferring our bags to the station for us which, whilst not far, was welcome in the heat.
