A nice and cosy 3 floor house at the end of the Main Street! Gloria was super helpful with recommendations for lunch and late check-in! She even allowed us to wash our clothes (as we were on a bike tour). The apartment was tidy and really nice! Highly recommended!

Really beautiful house and very helpful owner and person who manages the booking. There is the possibility to have dinner and breakfast in a nearby house - we didn’t know about it and carried foot all the way in our backpacks :) you definitely don’t need to do that. If you do: the kitchen is well equipped. The house is cozy, the beds are comfy and the surroundings beautiful and quiet.

I will stay away of describing Cividale town entirely for this, as it is beautiful and well worth of having separate review written. We really liked the location of the apartment, you can get anywhere on foot in few minutes. This may not seem significant, but for staying in a specific and beautiful place like Cividale, this is essential. Two bathrooms and two toilets is a very nice feature. The place was clean and well heated (winter time). There were TV sets, but we did not use it as watching TV seems absolutely mad when you are in a place like this... The host was helpful and was available throughout our entire stay. You have to manage your expectations in a specific and historical places like this as there are almost always some downsides to them. But all in all, great atmosphere, great people, very good price. I would come back for sure.

The house itself is very charming - the name villa meets the expectations. We were given larger room with bathroom inside, which was very pleasant. The room was quiet, spacious, the owner very nice. The breakfast was typical Italian breakfast.

Gianfranco and Annamaria are wonderful hosts: friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived after a long drive and they welcomed us with some appreciated refreshments.
The suite was large, comfortable, well-furnished and quiet. It has all the necessary amenities one needs.
The location is just a few minutes' drive from Gorizia in the countryside, so the air is fresh and clean.
Highly recommended to anyone visiting this little jewel of a city.
The landlady was very nice. I loved the villa, the decor, the atmosphere, the view of fireflies in the fields from my room window, the beer at the beergarden. Breakfast was exceptionally good quality, with organic food, homemade bread, oat milk. Beautiful location close to the Collio and to the city of Gorizia.
The location is very good and charming: an old villa close to the town and the countryside, so beautiful! Abundant breakfast! Very friendly landlady. So nice staying!
