Nice to stay in the surroundings of the olive farm. Nice and clean swimmingpool, 5 mins walk from the studio. Also if you want to visit villages like Spello, Spoleto, Trevi and many more this is the place to be, good connection to the highway.

Beautiful property nestled in the hillside olive groves. The rooms are very simple and pleasing, comfortable and clean. There are two beautiful swimming pools and several patios and terraces to relax and enjoy the beautiful valley views. Not far from the main road and close to several lovely medieval villages. Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from and was delicious. Dinner on our first evening was so delicious we decided to eat there again on our second evening. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave.
The owner of the Villa, Sara, was an exceptionally welcoming and helpful person. We enjoyed every minute of this very comfortable place that felt like home. Not far from the historical center, relieving conditioning on hot summer days and extremely caring and generous personnel who offered to take us to the nearest towns. One of the towns, Spello, is a real gem and it is only five minute drive from Foligno. We are very greatful!
This place is amazing, absolutely magic, especially at the evening ! This atmosphere is unforgettable... All rooms are new, clean, with perfect view + big pools, bar with good tasted vines and beautiful romantic restaurant with amazing food! Luxury breakfasts and dinners. Also personal was nice and helpful, nothing was problem, all our wishes were fullfiled!
