A spotless, comfortable and well equipped house. Well situated just a few hundred yards from the Roman forum and the Basilica of Aquileia with its marvelous mosaics. We stayed as a couple but the house would suit a family and self catering would be easy - a local supermarket is close by. For families the beaches are a short bus ride or drive away but the main attractions for us were the archaeological treasures in this small town. A unique place.

We liked the apartment, especially how it is equipped. There is nothing missing, the kitchen is full of all kind of kitchen tools. There is also coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc. Also, the bottle of drinking water, milch and some pastries were waiting for us, so you don't have to run to the market immediately. The location is easy to find and you can get the maximum for the price.

Hotel Aurora is a nice little hotel, suited close to the highway in beautiful village by the sea on walking distance from the cost and marine. Quite and peaceful place. It is birds chirping that wake you in the morning.There is a parking for the guests that is free of charge. Very tasty breakfast with the good choice of locally made breads.
Beautifull villa, every single detail is carefully selected. From the porch you can see the Duino castle,. It takes 20 min by car to Trieste. Castello Miramare is really close. Private parking available at request, free of charge. Breakfast is nice (there is salty and sweet option). The room was really comfortable and cosy. Everything super clean. The hosts are educated and nice people, ready to answer all the questions of the needy guests. Beautifull stay.
The villa and surroundings are super pretty, the room was lovely and conveniently furnished, breakfast was great and the pool looked amazing. Unfortunately it rained mostly during our stay but Tommaso and Katia went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing stay and so we left with italian sunshine in our hearts :).

It is a very nice villa, in the outskirts of Duino (nothing is far away). 5-6 min walk to the piazza.

We have had a wonderful experience with our stay in Villa Sussy in June. The staff and host manager are very friendly. Due to their hard work, the apartment and premises are very clean and cozy. The apartment has all what we needed for a good rest, including central air-conditioning and comfortable bad. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.
