The location was amazing and the small touches or leaving breakfast items and coffee was such a beautiful touch. The owners also allowed us to check out 2 hours later which was fantastic to align with checking into our cruise.

Amazing space and perfect location in a cute piazza. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too. Perfect for a couples retreat. Communication with the host was also exceptional. We felt ery welcome. 5 stars.
Everything! From the initial contact with Luca via text and email until we finally bade goodbye this afternoon he was an amazing host! Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way to assist us at every move! Even when Italy had a train strike, he organised much needed transport with the lovely Domenico both ways to Rome in a private luxury car, playing beautiful music and pointing out highlights as we drove! Outstanding in every way!
The staff member was nice, he did come and pick us up when there were no taxis to take us. The breakfast was okay. No major selection but the croissant and coffee were good so as long as you dont have high expectations, then you’ll be fine.
The actual villa is gorgeous and if ur there to simply chill out on site, then perfect.
We stayed one night with 2 kids. Very nice and clean appartment with a huge private luxurious terrace with a great sea view. Supermarked in the same building, and a very short walk to restaurants and beach. Excellent service from landlord. We give Samaya Sea view our best recommendations. One of our kids forgot an iPad and the landlord called and gave it back to us immediatly👏 we would love to come back.
The girls were amazing and could not do entire for you. It was inviting. Breakfast was scrumptious and the views were exquisite. They helped us find beachfront restaurants for dinner and with $10eur port transfers. We can’t wait to go back there. Oh and Bellinis for breakfast…thank you!
