Friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet selection with healthy options, in a spacious dining room. Great location for exploring Civitanova on foot, a 10 minute walk from the Railway Station and less than 5 minutes from the beachfront. On Saturdays there is an extensive and crowded market in the surrounding streets. We made good use of the balcony.
Very nice Villa and extremely warm welcome of the owner. The place is a short walking distance from the beach and a wonderful breakfast was served in the garden with excellent home made bakery.
