We were a group of 4 and stayed just one night (should have been at least one more). Quiet place, very clean, small garden as sitting area in the front of the house, everything there for making breakfast: milk and coffee, tea, sparkling water, biscuits, jam. Just perfect.

Great property and great value for money. Beautiful and spacious house with pool area attached. Experience the Borgo and life in Tuscany. The nearby town II Poggio is quiet and beautiful, we enjoyed it even more than other more reputable towns. Host was very responsive and friendly, they are there to help you. We liked literally everything in this wonderful house. That was exceptional staying and me and my gf agreed that that was the best accommodation we ever lived. There is plenty of space and everything needed to have a good rest. It's very calm there and the nature is very beautiful outside. The hosts are very good and hospitable people. We'd definitely return to spend more time in this house.

A beautiful, charming and almost perfectly clean B&B with a good restaurant (especially the "dolci" are very tasty) and all this with a beautiful view, in the picturesque medieval village of Città delle Pieve on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. However, there are some minor negatives. (my score: 8.5/10)

The villa was superb. It was modern and stylish and very comfortable. The gardens were beautifully maintained and the location was very peaceful We enjoyed the use of the pool.
The apartment was spacious and everything we needed was available. Care was taken to details. Everything worked properly and was very clean. Enrica, the owner, was very helpful and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and water.The location is at a quiet spot with a nice view and within short distance from nice old villages and hiking spots. Beautiful location with amazing views, and very friendly and helpful hosts, who have given careful attention to every detail, from the manicured lawn and gardens to the delicious breakfast. The early morning walk up to the village was a pleasant start to the day, and a dip in the pool to cool off at the end of the day was very refreshing.
I recently had the pleasure of attending a small wedding celebration at a magnificent Villa La Pieve in the heart of Tuscany. Words cannot express how breathtaking and enchanting the entire experience was. From the stunning scenery to the luxurious amenities, every aspect of this villa exceeded expectations, making it an ideal venue for an intimate wedding.
Very nice villa with the swimming pool. We had one dinner prepared for us in the villa by local chef and one evening with home made pizza made in the villas own pizza owen. The food was great and the people were extremely friendly. We had great times there. Thank you for unforgettable holidays !!!
