Wonderful place! The house's charm, combined with its central location, makes it an ideal choice. It`s perfectly located, very close to Lake Como and offers a cosy, private, warm and quiet retreat with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedroom was comfortable and inviting. It was clear that careful attention had been given to ensuring guests' needs were met. Also, the owner is very nice and helpful (he answered all of our questions, and even helped us with the transport to the airport, very early in the morning). Highly recommend

Nice appartment in the hills of Como with private parking. Friendly and attentive hosts. A creek runs right next to the house, so if it rains a lot the creek water rushing by may get a bit noisy, however the windows in the appartment are quite good and filter most of the noise.

The apartment is very nice, well equipped and very comfortable. Simone (the host) is exceptional and provides a 5 stars concierge service to its guest. he took care of everything for including boat rental, restaurant bookings, transportation etc…

The villa is a short walk to bars, restaurants, the ferry dock and the town centre but still quiet in a private location. Laura is a brilliant host and very helpful at all times.
The view was spectacular from the stunning pool at Villa Almana. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning overlooking the lake was a highlight. Our room was spacious, modern, and clean and Anastasia and her staff were kind and welcoming. Overall it is a gorgeous property and a lovely place to take in the scenery of Lake Como.
It’s small. But functional. Located in a nice village. No lake views but very close to the shore, restaurants, cafes. Bedrooms are comfortable and had AC for hot days. Host is helpful and responsive. She lend us umbrellas and helped us with reservations.
A unique domicile and retreat, plus a magical and quiet garden. A little nostalgic gem. The location allows you to walk almost everything. Nice, modern cafe nearby. However, for self-sufficiency, a trip to a nearby supermarket makes sense.
Elisa is a charming country lady at the Little Garden House, gives wonderful tips and is unobtrusively attentive. A special place!

The hotel was owned & run by the family who took a lot of pride & dedication to their family business which resonates in their mannerisms, interaction & personal hospitality which is reflected in with their Italian cultural charm.
It is good location, walking distance from a few nice restaurants (go on top of the hill), the lake and a few villas. Easy to access, no parking on the premises but easy to find parking close by. The host was not there, but gave clear intructions on how to find it and the key.
I wanted to live in the deluxe suite with terrace. Just like the photos, it was beautifully furnished and had gorgeous views of the city, mountains, and lake. Breakfast was superb. Up windy roads, not great for walking, the inn is in an untouristy residential neighborhood of villas.
Everything about this hotel was stunning! I found it to be very good value, considering you are in Lake Como. The villa was beautiful, the pool spectacular, and the rooms spacious and luxurious. Breakfast every morning was a treat we looked forward to. And I loved being surrounded by blooming smells from jasmine, wisteria, and roses! Everything was perfect. I couldn't improve on anything.
