I'd give it more than 10 stars, if possible! Fabio, the host, was extremely accommodating and very friendly. He responded immediately to any communication & made a great suggestion for dinner. The apartment is beautiful. The beds were comfortable & the shower had good water pressure & a lot of hot water. It's on the 1st floor, which, in Italy, means you have one flight of steps. It's beautifully decorated with many antiques. The breakfast biscuits & water were a nice touch & Fabio provides coffee and many types of tea. Private parking is behind a locked gate. The gardens are gorgeous, extensive, very well cared for, & would be a great place to eat or just relax with many seating options. When in them it's hard to believe you're in a city! We wished we were there for more than one night and would definitely stay here again!

Location in a quiet village with 15-20min walking distance to Casertavecchia.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.
A luxurious facility for our stay in Caserta which was close to the Reggia di Caserta. Stylish room was large and very comfortable. Great bathroom and amenities provided which is a nice touch. Mini fridge was good to have.
Paid private parking was available at a private car park approximately 7 minutes walk. Location is in a central area of Caserta which is quite lively at night. Host was easy to communicate with.
Marina is an amazing host, she went above and beyond. She has been really helpful to us and we were really appreciative of this. Every morning she prepared a homemade breakfast which was delicious. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. If you are attending an event at Villa Herta, that's the perfect location as it is only a 5 minute' walk.
The hotel itself is fabulous .. the pictures are true. The location, while close to Caserta and Napoli, is off a very busy motorway, though. However, the pool and beautiful bar area were lovely. Our room was a suite and it was very luxurious. Most of the staff were lovely, but.....
Such a cute villa style b&b in the older town of Caserta about 10
15 minutes up the hill. Easy to reach with convenient parking. Very kind owners. Breakfast was good and we were offered to take cake on the road. The lighting and power was strange when you turn off light all outlets stopped working so phones didn’t charge. Wi-Fi isn’t fabulous. Owner brought us to a local restaurant and he arranged for a ride back. Overall nice first night in Italy and very worth it to stop in the original old village so cute!!
VERY FRIENDLY owner and Staff!! A comfortable and clean hotel in a charming location. Very close to the Royal Palace at Caserta. The location is in a quiet village above Caserta. The hotel restaurant is very lively and has a varied and very affordable menu.
Great place, very friendly staff, Lorenzo helped me a lot, he’s super friendly. The breakfast is amazing, room is clean and tidy. The village is beautiful. Perfect place for experience a real Italian culture. The best place I stayed in Italy. Highly recommend.
It’s a secure villa inside of the gates and secure parking on premises. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Italian breakfast is also provided along with good espresso coffee.
