The view of the ocean was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed, plus many extra kitchen items and staples. The three levels of decks/sitting areas were luxurious. Restaurants and stores were a short drive or walk. The owners were very helpful and offered their assistance for whatever we needed. This was a wonderful apartment, and I would definitely return!

One of the best places we’ve stayed! We really loved it. The house had everything we could possibly need. Often, when staying for just a few days, you don’t want to buy full-sized items like cooking oil, but this place was fully equipped with all the essentials. The beach is very close, and it’s incredibly clean. Lucia was always available, and Fabrizio was very helpful, offering great local recommendations. The hosts were truly caring, and the house was spotless. We hope to return again!

Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful personal. Very nice view. Nice pool, though we didn't use it. Playground for children. Good breakfast. Location is good, 20 minutes driving to Poetto in Cagliari and 45 minutes to Villasimius and its amazing beaches.
The facility is very close to the sea, a lot of lovely beaches in the short driving distance, as well as to the cities of Caghliari and Villasimus and the area is very quite. Very easy to find and self check in was very convenient. Well equipped apartment, air conditioning in both rooms, nice barbecue area and the outside shower is just amazing. Parking is very convenient. Host was very responsive on all our requests.
A very nice old world charm to the hotel due to it architecture and style. Great location - we had a car and so getting to and from Cagliari cento was no issue but yuo are isolated without one as it is about 20 km to the city and 20 km the other way to Villasimius. Pool area was terrific - spacious, clean and well kept, as was the entire hotel. Free parking too!
Really good pool for kids as it slopes like a beach depth wise, so they can play in most of the pool.
Pool towels provided (although annoyingly you can't just return these at the end of each day).
Breakfast was cooked and continental.
Lots of activities on throughout the day.
Villasimus and Cagliari 30-40 minute drives away.
There is a free shuttle to Poetto beach, but only goes twice a day and not in the evening.
I stayed for a whole week and felt very much like home. Before arrival, I asked for a vegan breakfast option which was no problem at all. The breakfast was lovely every day.
Mariagrazia and Emanuela were very welcoming and helpful if I had any questions or problems.
The accommodation is close to the sea and also a bus station which makes it a good location to travel to the beaches between Villasimius and Cagliari.
Would definitely come again :)
