The apartement is very nice, modern and clean. The owners are very friendly and the checkin & checkout was very easy and flexible. There were fresh towels and an espresso machine in the apartement with some welcome capsules so if you arrive late, you can still enjoy a morning coffee before you go shopping. :) The apartement is separated in ground floor (living & kitchen) and first floor (sleeping & bathroom) and has a modern AC system. There are big closets for clothes so you can easily stay a longer period of time and feel at home. The garden is north faced with mostly shadow and there is also an awning for the sunny hours of the day. It is perfect to rest or enjoy the evening outside. We had our dog with us and with the tiled floor in the apartement and the garden with fence, it was the perfect accomodation for us. Beach and center with shops and restaurants are only few minutes by foot. We also checked out the pool, it is very big. Sadly it was not activated jet because we stayed there at the beginning of April. We are looking forward to check it out next time, when we visit Duna Verde. We will definitely book this apartement again!

I absolutely loved the garden and the house alone. The house is extremely charming and cosy even though it offers a generous space for families and friends. The open concept of dining room and living area is brilliant. We had a lot of fun while playing games at the big table and talking to our friends watching TV. The kitchen has everything what you need, plus Nespresso coffee maschine, much appreciated. What was very nice as well is that fact that each room has it´s own balcony. We choosed this house not only because how friendly it looks but for the position as well. For people who want to be in the center yet feeling safe and comfortable, this is the right place. We`re definitely coming back!

Beautiful villa with good big size rooms. We got a beautiful river view room with a small balcony. They have a lovely restaurant too. The host was very friendly and lovely.
The Villa itself is delightful! The small garden and pond make for a stunnung szenery. The personel was lovely, helpful and we were gifted with a free breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It was an all around amazing stay and I would absolutely book again!
Great, well equipped and clean apartment very close both to the beach and city center. You have everything you need to fully enjoy your stay in Caorle - there is a store with fresh fish, nice cafè, private umbrella with 2 sunbeds in the beachfront, bicycles with child seats, equipped kitchen, A/C,… Lucia was a great and helpful host and we are really looking forward to coming back.
The facility is very nice, everything is tidy and well maintained. There is a sort of private pool shared by couple of families and also small playground. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a decent meal and the bathroom was clean. This is a great place to come with children, there is a small front yard with live fence so they can play and be safe. Also the beach is 10 minute walk or you can wait for a free ride (depending on how lucky you are, it may be always full).
Villaggio Sant'Andrea is a great place to relax with kids. the pool is good, the atmosphere is familiar. the sea is a 20 minute walk. supermarket is 5 mins by car.
Third time in Villaggio Luna and again really great vacation. There is nothing to complain about. Nice appartments with pool, not far from the sea, good restaurants nearby and great staff. Example - I've ran out of gas while cooking lunch. Called Lampo office and had a new bottle delivered in approx 10-15 minutes by one of their guys. Ubelievable and satisfactory experience. Besides this the price for appartment is still reasonable. Overall we were more than happy there - again!
