We visited this location as a family with 2 kids of 16 and 18 (from the Netherlands). Beautiful location, with a very nice view over the lake. Close to a supermarket, shops, beach, restaurants. Also, a nice start location to go to Isola Belle, Madre and Pescatore (beautiful Islands, must see!). Secured parking place next to the apartment for which you get your own remote control. Garden table to eat / sit outside with view on the lake. Wifi and airco works well; mobile airco in kitchen which is sufficient for the apartment. The beds were excellent! Very friendly and helpful owners. We did not speak any word Italian but still the owner was able to explain very clear how everything in the apartment works, share the WIFI code and explain where the restaurants, shops, lake etc are. The owners live above the apartment, but they let us do everything we wanted without any involvement and offered help where needed. We got towels for the whole stay, also new ones after a few days. The apartment was very clean, contained everything we needed and is nice decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish we could stay there a bit longer; we just were there for a few days during a trip to south-Italy. Overall, very satisfied, we would recommend this location.

The property was easy to find and the gate opened upon our arrival. Parking was onsite and secure. Adriano greeted us immediately upon arriving. He showed us to the apartment upstairs, with external access. The property grounds and garden are lovely and as the other guests have said, creates a fantastic urban oasis of calm and beauty. The apartment was well appointed, with everything one would need in the kitchen, which so many property owners neglect. It means so much to come to an apartment or location where you don't need to bring anything, just yourself for a breakfast and coffee. Easy 5 minute walk to restaurants and 15 minutes to Malpensa. We will look forward to staying here again upon our next visit, our stay was really perfect. Grazie Adriano et Paola!!!

We enjoyed our little weekend trip to villa buzzi a lot! He was very welcoming and gave us tips for good restaurants in the area. The room was very clean, so was the bathroom. The highlight of the house is the terrace with its pool and whirlpool + the amazing view of Lago Maggiore that you have in the background. Another highlight was the very lovely dog „Stella“ of the homeowner!

Well appointed room with an access to a terrace. Secure parking directly on property grounds. Sufficient breakfast - served according to your preferences (sweet or salty). Very hospitable and helpful host that made our stay very memorable, thank you! Highly recommended!
It was one of the best lodging experiences ever. Villa is large, very well designed and in perfect condition - both building and garden. Owners are very friendly and very responsive - and open for any requests even not directly related to the house (like organizing bikes and even guitar for our stay, and helping with the covid test for the return flight). I am sure we will be back soon.
Beautiful and very big villa in Besozzo perfect for a big group (we were 10, friends and couples). There are many bedrooms (triple or quadruple) and 3 bathrooms for us to use. The garden seems lovely, unfortunately, the rain prevented us from using it, but I saw there's also a barbeque that I guess it's available for guests!
