The apartment is spotlessly clean. The host is extremely kind. I had an issue encountered at night and she sent a person to the apartment to help me in 10 minutes. We can't ask for more with this price. The location is excellent too, making me very easy to navigate to different parts of Dolomites.

The villa is spacious and located near the main road of via Vittorio Veneto where you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, and other facilities that can serve the purpose.
The villa is also few minutes away from Belluno’s city center where you enjoy shopping and enjoying fine dining.
the night staff was very kind and patient. i booked this room very last minute and he tried his best to accommodate despite the late hour. parking was convenient as well. toilet was nice and clean with luxurious towels.
Absolutely beautiful property inside and out. The quality and design is outstanding. Large room with luxurious bathroom. Alberto is a wonderful, friendly host, and makes a really delicious breakfast of anything you like. A really great experience. Also an easy drive to the Dolomites.

Parking in front of house. And also parking available in village. If you go in a yard it's a little bit tricky if you are unexperienced driver. But OK.
There is several roads to this place, all are OK, but some are narrow, try to aviod those. But should br OK.

What an amazing experience! This felt like going back to the village to visit grandma! The Casa is a total vibe, a mojo dojo you could say, and Armanda is one of the sweetest ladies I have met! This is the cleanest accommodations I have experienced, ever, and there was attention to detail in everything, from the interior design to the immaculate folded sheets. We have nothing but positive things to say. You gotta have the breakfast. The cat is a small purr engine that will melt your heart! Do not hesitate :)
