There is a terrace to enjoy early morning breakfast in the shade. The airco kept the house cool during the hot weather. Parking in the garden is possible, but is a bit of a challenge. We parked in front of the gate.Much easier.

Brilliant location overlooking Lake Barcis, short walk from the town & facilities. Very good restaurant close by which was reasonably priced with good food & wine. Good communication from the host & handy parking near to the property, house had everything needed during the stay. Added bonus our 2no dogs were welcome to stay also for a small extra charge.

The door literally opened onto the lakeside, couldn't be situated in a more beautiful spot. The check in and check out was very easy. The little village is very quaint and the people are very friendly but don't speak much English so brush up on your Italian
Beautiful location on the top of the mountain and with lake view, very nice apartment equipped with anything you might need and the owner is really pleasant person. The distance to the village is perfectly doable walking with kid in a stroller or bike. Absolutely awesome!
