A cozy, tidy and beautiful place to stay for a few days. This old apartment is located in the old town, close to the center but in a very quiet side street. One bedroom is larger, with a double bed. The other has a single bed. The kitchen is well equipped. Here we found free coffee capsules, tea and sweet snacks. The bathroom has a sitz bath (not the best option for bathing, but it looks charming in this old apartment :) ). There is no nice view from the windows, but it is quiet here.

Such a beautiful apartment by the river, lots of windows for light and ventilation, our host was fabulous, we got lost trying to get there due to road works, our host biked to meet us in the rain, so she could guide us to the apartment. A great location so close to the old city, but away from the hustle and bustle. A beautiful river next to the apartment.

Alfredo and Marida are very nice people, they welcomed us like family. Our entire stay we felt like we were with close family. The facility is wonderful, a huge garden, a beautiful wooden house and an olive grove with a swimming pool are available to guests. We will definitely come back there

Villa Fortezza is a wonderful and unique place with great views overlooking the ancient city of Ascoli Piceno.
The breakfast prepared by the kind and very friendly host Salvatore is delicious and changes every day.
The both houses are very tastefully decorated in different styles and there are a lot of places to enjoy the gardens and the natural pool.
We enjoyed our time there a lot and are already looking forward to coming back.
The site is wonderful, located within the old streets of Ascoli, it offers the attention of a property that at one time was a large mansion. We stayed in Suite 100 torri, it was a dream!
Perched on a hill overlooking the town of Ascoli Pinceno, Villa Fortezza has a wonderful view of the town and hills around it, yet it is a short walk into the centre of town. The garden is a delight and a relaxing place to spend time. Salvatore, the host was warm and welcoming and prepared a wonderful breakfast with local produce which was varied and different on each of the three days we stayed there. The Villa has aeclectic decor and some interesting artwork throughout.
Amazing place that makes you travel back in time! The house in itself is impressive and the garden is luxurious and quiet. A very pleasant experience with lovely hosts and an amazing and delicious breakfast! I highly recommend!
