Very well positioned and closed both to downtown and beach. We stayed comfortably. in 9 people with enough room inside and outside. The house was clean and the host very kind.

The breakfast was outstanding, the views overlooking the hills were spectacular and the staff was so kind and helpful. We actually had an issue with a box on top of our vehicle and the owner helped me fix it as well as gave me rope just to be kind. The room was very comfortable and after we were checked out the owner suggested we stay and enjoy the pool for a few more hours, which we did!! We also ate a meal at the owner's restaurant down the street in the little village. It was delicious!

Beautifully restored old village center, located on a higher part of the place. Lively and good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Good starting point to explore the southern part of Le Marche, with places such as Ascoli Piceno, Offida and Grottammare.
