From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views that surrounded me. The villa itself is a perfect blend of traditional Cilento style and modern comfort, featuring spacious rooms adorned with large windows that invite the stunning natural light in. The outdoor spaces are just as impressive, with lush gardens and inviting terraces that provide the ideal backdrop for relaxation or leisurely afternoons spent soaking in the serene environment.
Every day began with the gentle sounds of nature, encouraging me to embrace invigorating hikes through the nearby trails. The mountains offer a plethora of scenic routes, and I felt a deep connection to the picturesque landscape as I explored the beauty of the region. Plus, the villa's location is an amazing compromise between the mountains and the stunning Cilento coastline, making it easy to venture to some of the best beaches in the area. Just a short drive away, I found myself basking in the sun on pristine shores, enjoying the refreshing Mediterranean waters.
To top off this wonderful experience, I was thrilled to discover La Ruota, a fantastic pizzeria and steak grillhouse just a short drive from the villa. The culinary delights served there were nothing short of spectacular. From perfectly charred steaks to mouthwatering wood-fired pizzas, each dish was crafted with locally sourced ingredients, showcasing the rich flavors of Cilento. Dining at La Ruota felt like a true gastronomic journey, and the elegant yet relaxed ambiance made every meal feel like a special occasion.
