As advertised. Clean and reasonably well appointed. Was exactly what we were looking for. We were too tired to use the hot tub and it was also a very windy and cold day anyway (about 10F/-12C), so I have no comment on that aspect of the cabin.

The place is amazing! The unit is well maintained and clean. It has everything you could need and the hot tub was great! This was our second time renting this unit and would stay there every time we visit the area! The views in every direction are impossible to imagine! My favorite place to stay in Iceland!

The staff was responsive to my questions and the cabin was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The cabin had an instruction placard that was helpful for the hot tub. One nice touch was that the bathroom included a heated drying rack. The view of the mountains and the town of Reykholt was stunning. We had an unforgettable experience.

The most beautiful place I ever stayed at. You will not be disappointed, I cannot explain in words how beautiful the lodge is and the surroundings.
Its cozy buy luxurious, minimalist and gives you the feeling of home. We had everything we needed there, the grill was perfect and we could cook our meals every day. You have pans, cups, platesc, salt, sugar, oil, everything you can imagine, it is exactly like your home!!!

What a beautiful house! Solveig, the host, was friendly and helpful. Everything was neat and clean. We were two very happy families, 4 adults and 2 children, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house is well equipped and the jacuzzi and sauna were fantastic. Nice spot on the golden circle in the little village of Reykholt with its swimming pool, shop, restaurants, playgrounds, football pitches, greenhouses and more. Thank you!
Location was absolutely amazing, whole village, easy access to lots of tourist attractions, well organized kitchen where you can safe some money by cooking or heating up your food. Large communal areas, very clean and very quiet place.
The check in was easy, key box provided. The location was superb and we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights in the evening. Loved the hot tub which was very luxurious. The cottage was bigger than we were expecting and had absolutely everything we needed.

Nice villa, fully equipped and convenient location for visiting the highlights of Golden Circle. We loved the hot tub and sauna. The pictures don’t do this place justice. I would highly recommend staying here!
Absolutely amazing cabin in the middle of nowhere! Great facilities and the hot tub was an added bonus. We actually stayed in cabin 1A due to the water being off at 1B. 1A was a significantly bigger, more spacious cabin. Beautiful surroundings and handy for the small village of Reykholt.
