As advertised. Clean and reasonably well appointed. Was exactly what we were looking for. We were too tired to use the hot tub and it was also a very windy and cold day anyway (about 10F/-12C), so I have no comment on that aspect of the cabin.

The view was beautiful. Entire house was very clean and the living room was nice for relaxing and making dinner. The hot tub was very warm and enjoyable. Very detailed directions were given for arrival. Even the couch was comfortable for sleeping.

The place is amazing! The unit is well maintained and clean. It has everything you could need and the hot tub was great! This was our second time renting this unit and would stay there every time we visit the area! The views in every direction are impossible to imagine! My favorite place to stay in Iceland!

We were greeted when we arrived and he showed us this wonderful gem. A perfectly new villa right at the lake and no other house anywhere near. This is paradise!

Lovely guest house in an excellent location for the Golden Circle. Village shop and thermal spa nearby. Next time I'll take my slippers! Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant lounge area for relaxing.
Really nice location near the lake, the cottage was well equipped with all the amenities from cooking to entertainment. Would recommend staying in this cottage and will definitely would like to come back in summer. Not too far from the little village as well if you needed anything.
