Netflix was appreciated by some of our group. Stunning views from the hot tub, across the braided river to the mountains beyond made this a truly special place.

Great location, beautiful scenery and a very spacious cottage. The hot tub was the icing on the cake especially watching the aurora whilst sat in it 🫶🏼 the cottage was lovely and clean and had everything you could possibly need (dishwasher was a great bonus) we can’t wait to go back and will be recommending to all our friends and family. This was exactly what we needed. Loved that the hot tub was already warm for us. Communication from staff was great when needed. We read the listing so knew exactly what was included and could prepare well for tea etc. It was in a great location and we even saw the northern lights. A lovely change from hotels. So peaceful, we could recharge our batteries after long days of driving loads.

Everything about this villa was amazing. We booked this 3 night stay after spending 3 days of hiking and exploring. It was a luxurious reprieve. The hot tub was amazing and the washer/drying was super convenient.

The owner Haraldur, is a nice person, who recommends you sightseeing places and typical icelandic breakfast. The room is warm, clean and comfortable. The village is so calm, and about 20min of golden circle, perfect for 3 days of stay.

The perfectly equipped villa lies in a beautiful landscape close to all the attractions of the Golden Circle. After a long day of sightseeing you can relax in the hot tub. The owners provided us with useful information about restaurants, supermarkets and sights. We just loved it!
Modern and beautiful villa with everything you need. Great kitchen with a lot of cooking tools, 3 coffee machines, oven, microwave and all other thing you need. Big and comfortable beds, warm hot tube that fix up to 8 people and has a great view on river. Big backyard, new BBQ facility, great location and very friendly staff.
Wonderfully presented facilities with a fascinating host. A beautiful property in a village located in the curve of a river with geothermal powered greenhouses and rolling countryside unlike anywhere else we saw in Iceland. Close to the Secret Lagoon too.
