Lovely hotel in a charming and very quiet fishing village surrounded by mountains. I highly recommend the view (on the small harbor) from the restaurant wich was excellent and based on very fresh products.
Each space was beautifully decorated !
And the staff was very friendly. We even received an upgrade.
Our server at the only restaurant in the village, who also checked us in at reception a few hours before was so friendly and accommodating.
He told us where to go, such as the local swimming pool and where to posilbilly see the best aurora. And we found it 😀

The cabin was clean, a decent value for money, and located in a nice little village. Since it was a separated cabin, it felt kind of private. It was also a a little novelty to stay in a barrel cabin.
Wonderful little village to stay. The summer house we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel next door (same owner) serves very tasty food.
The cottage has a lovely view over the boat harbour for the fishing village. The hotel restaurant is great (though do expect that locals will be given the best tables overlooking the harbour even though you booked prior to them.)
A spacious stay for two persons, with a big sitting area, apart from the kitchen space and big bedroom. Located just outside the village with a view towards the sea and the big cruising ship, anchored there at the time of our stay. A clean and comfortable house.
Pictures do not do justice to this accomodation! Everything was just amazing! SUPER clean! Host was very kind and responsive. Located in a lovely village. Would stay again anytime!
Wonderful view to the small, beautiful village Djupivogur , to the harbour and to the mountains. Kind, clean and very peaceful camping above the village with friendly athmosphere. The barrel was perfekt. We spend unforgettable time here.
