This is a very beautiful property if you're looking for an authentic Kerala house stay experience. It is sitting on a large property with well-maintained lawn and trees all around. You'll find a lot of indigenous plants, herbs, and vegetables around the house. Location is fantastic, it overlooks a river, so a great view. It is a rustic home, but you have everything you need, a good bed, clean rooms and washrooms. The owner is very accommodating as well. They also have kayaking facilities available; per the owner's recommendation, do the activity in the morning, the weather is great and so is the pristine view of the river and sunrise.

I liked the location , it was near to where we wanted to go, also the master bedroom downstairs, the beds were neat and comfortable.All that was missing was an extra bathroom. Rajendran the person who met us was very polite and answered all our questions, he deserves special mention.
