The two spacious bedrooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, with all the modern amenities you could need. But the real showstopper was the large balcony that came with a charming swing. It was the ideal spot to unwind and soak in the panoramic views of the lush greenery and serene surroundings – we couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful setting!
What made our stay even more special was the warmth and attentiveness of the host. They were incredibly welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from offering local travel tips to helping us with our needs. I suggest A12 is the best villa to stay in thekkady the property itself with a lot of green surroundings. It is a very very well maintained property. The location is also perfect, quiet and peacefull location.Me and my family enjoyed the 3 nights stay in this Villa
Never expected such kind of hospitality. Really loved it. The property was well maintained one. Its far far better than the other luxury stays.

great staff - nursing you - very, very sweet! very attentive, helpful, anticipating any of requests. good food - much, much better than any restaurant / cafe around. we had Villa with a private pool - very intimate and not disturbing. good cleaning, yet takes up to 2 hours)) they don’t rush indeed). massage and Ayurveda treatment masters are experienced and contributed to our total rejuvenation during 1 week stay.
The host if holiday Villa is very friendly and helpful. He fixed the local activities for me and suggested some good places to visit which made my visit even more memorable. Thanks a ton.
