It is luxury where not much can be expected. When you first reach Dal lake and you get into your designated shikara which is supposed to take you to your houseboat, and then your shikara uploads you into this Nazneen Houseboat, we didn't foresee the level of its luxury.

Best exclusive property in Srinagar. Qayaam Gah was the most special stay for us in Kashmir, from the hard to find location, the beautiful and comfortable seven villas, Sufi music performance at sunset, morning yoga session, and of course the stupendous views being surrounded by the Zabarwan mountain ranges and Dal Lake spread out in the distance.
My stay on the houseboat was exceptional. The top-notch amenities, cozy bedroom, and stunning views created a perfect retreat. The attentive staff and luxurious atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
