Mr Tagore (the owner) is very friendly. The villa is furnished and has all the necessary kitchenware for the stay. He was even kind enough to arrange a cook. When we could not find a non stick pan, he immediately bought us a new one.

It is very affordable hotel and rooms are clean. If you want a stopover before switching to another destination it is the best bet. It is budget friendly and meets all the basic requirement. Please note this is not a luxury hotel so do not come with that expectation. Location is quite good. Rooms are decent size and clean. they are very particular about how many people are staying in each room so book accordingly as towel and other services will be as per the booking only. Overall great experience in this price range.
