This property is exceptionally well-situated, offering easy access to both northern and southern Goa. It is a charming and little apartment that provides a luxurious experience.
The hotel defines Taj Luxury - the views , the food and the amenities are all exemplary and spectacular. But despite the all stars the standout feature of the property is its service, everyone right from the Front desk staff to the GM is super focussed on making the stay of guests delightful.
Special mention to Ms. Sakshi Vijayvargiya, she went above her call of duty to make me and my family feel welcomed and taken care of.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Indian hospitality at its best.
Excellent views from the hotel. Very nice rooms, i was booking luxury room - nice bath and very nice king size bed was provided. Beach is shared with Heritage - being cleaned twice a day. Best you can get that side to swim. Previously was in August at Heritage - was a lot dirties so depends on the season and how much the sea is giving back what it received by such attitude of living around people.
After two nights in Surya Kiran Miramar (a basic hotel without service), we switched to the sister hotel Surya Kiran Heritage - and this is heaven! A beautiful Dutch merchant villa with an open air court (with a tree growing in the middle and kois swimming in the pond), a very spacious open air restaurant area, a wonderful old terrace with vintage furniture, spacious rooms with antique interiors chosen with taste - I have rarely been in such a beautiful hotel. Perfect place to spend a week and relax!
It’s a beautiful boutique property located in Fountainhas. l with picturesque streets all around. All basic amenities are present. The hotel team was extremely courteous and just a call away.

Beautiful hotel with the perfect location. Good view of Portugese villas and colonies around Fontainhas. Also the river view and bridge could be seen from our room. Staffs were polite and very helpful.
Great location in heart of Fontainhas, beautiful old villa that has been modernised to an extent (so all facilities you’d expect) but retains its historic charm and character. Sharon and Roy are really great hosts. They suggested a self guided walking tour, helped us with the short cut to bus station (over a footbridge- 5 mins tops) recommended restaurants, money changer. Basically everything we needed! If you are in two minds as to whether to book this, or the other more famous villas, think no more and book this. You won’t regret it!
