Basic but everything a budget traveller needs. Electric blanket and power on overnight. In the village area, around a half hour walk up from Pahalgam market.
I like the way they maintain their maintain their ambience which gives you luxurious feel. Staff were good. They provided centralized heating which keeps you warm whole night in the snow weather.
Central, yet away from the rush. The view of surrounding peak is fabulous. The interiors is a bit OTT but the staff more than makes up with hospitality and a great attitude. Food is good. The rooms are comfortable, clean with luxury of a the 4 stars.
The place is really very warm and cozy. Extremely clean. The restrooms have proper facilities and very well maintained. Staff is really polite, welcoming and extremely vigilant. Mudasir attended us really well. He also made our stay quite comfortable.
Property is located on the main Pahalgam road and has easy access to market, river side and the village.
There are great eating places around as well.
I like the clean washrooms and rooms, the location is exceptional. I will strongly recommend you to avoid the luxury hotels and resorts and stay at Al-Ayaan Guest house which is truly in the lap of nature with beautiful outlook, nearby flowing river with melodic sounds, beautiful lawn and cooperative staff.
Staff was so nice and friendly and they help what ever we need help.
Situation was excellent cos not middle of village. So peaceful and wiew very beautiful.

The property is nicely located next to upcoming bustand on end of town next to big sping and with amazing view of hill side .
