The manager, Vikas, met us on arrival and explained the area and also the villa. He was very helpful with every single request, no matter the time of day or nature of request or enquiry. He could not have been more helpful at what was a very busy time in the week running up to Christmas. The staff were very pleasant and helpful also.

There was great hospitality and generosity from the owner. He helped me with many things, including booking train tickets and taxis.
Our stay at Casa Do Leao was perfect in every way. It is a 150 year old Portuguese villa converted into a boutique hotel with lots of history attached to it. The rooms were clean and aesthetically designed. The location was great, just a short drive away from Candolim. And the hosts were very hospitable and had great recommendations for things to do nearby.

This is a beautiful homestay in a Portuguese villa, with gorgeous big rooms and a pool. The hosts are great - bringing us tea when we got back at night, and cooking up tasty breakfasts.
Ahilya was exceptional! From the staff, to the interior design, to the pool - everything was perfect. We spent the most amazing 2 days here watching dolphins at breakfast, chilling by the pool, trying delicious cocktails, and generally just unwinding in the sun. The team were so great too - they organised a lovely Diwali dinner and yoga by the sea for me. It’s a lovely boutique hotel and has a really laid back vibe, so different to bigger luxury resorts. Would recommend!!

This is a place where you can relax and get away from the crowd at the beach places. And it is a fantastic villa with huge ground and a lovely pool, surrounded by greenery and other villas. We rented a car and were always happy to come back home from our excursions. Dev the caretaker is a wonderful and friendly man who cares for everything, including delicious food and an excellent various breakfast.
