Stay was near to beach but parking should be done little far (about 500 m) from stay. People of home stay were very friendly and supportive and responsive and good hospitality. Breakfast was provided according to our wish.

Had a pleasant stay at Brothers Home Stay. The rooms as well as the bathrooms are big, neat and clean. The hosts Mr. Harilal and his wife made us very comfortable and were excellent hosts.
The location is good and Mr. Harilal has a network of people who can deliver food or arrange transport.

The house and garden are beautiful! The pool is a shallow plunge pool that was kept very clean and was perfect for hot afternoons. The staff was very accommodating for anything we asked for, arranging cars, massages, meals, and buying beer and wine for us each day. You just have to ask! They are great cooks! Rooms were cleaned on request. Hot water and AC worked great! Wi-Fi too (although I wouldn’t work remotely with it as it sometimes disconnected). We would happily stay here again! It was so nice to have the entire property to ourselves. I would say it’s the equivalent of a 3.5 star hotel in India if you’re familiar with other hotels on that scale, but felt more like an Airbnb since we had the whole place.

I had an absolute wonderfull stay in Mandaram Villas, the host Jasmine & owner Allwyn, make your stay to an absolute party, nothing is to much for them, they make sure everything is perfect. Delicious food thanks to the wonderfull lady chef who comes over to cook every day, the wonderful house cat, everything was so nice!
Beautifully located right on the beach, peaceful, clean, lovely eating dinner on the beach, the food was lovely. All at the villas always friendly and helpful, very relaxed atmosphere, I would highly recommend.
It’s a great place for a relaxing stay. Hawaiian style welcome and Private beach are the highlights. There is lifeguard and so you can dread into water. After the beach activity as you enter the property there are showers installed and so you can clean yourself and go to your room. Rooms are like villas built like old traditional houses in kerala, that’s cool. Service, their evening tea and snacks, dinner and breakfast was awesome
We had the most wonderful time at Mandaram villas and felt comfortable from the first second. The team fullfilled our every wish: In the morning we had nice yoga sessions, in the afternoon we enjoyed homemade lemonade. And the food, both breakfast and dinner, was fantastic! The beach is very near and we were even lucky to see dolphins. :-)
It was all in all the best ending for our trip through South India.
The room and bed size were sufficiently comfortable for our party of 2 adults and 3 children during our six-night stay. This location is highly suitable for families with kids, as it offers ample space for recreational activities, immediate proximity to the beach, and delectable dining options. Furthermore, the proprietors of the beachfront villa, a warm and accommodating family, provided invaluable assistance throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking accommodations in Mararikulam.
My friend and I had a fantastic and relaxing stay in Marari. Our villa was very nice with its own little garden, a pool and an outdoor shower. In the morning we went to the beach where a nice man had already set up our sunbeds and a parasol. The beach was completely empty, which felt luxurious. The staff was fantastic. Lal (the host) was very helpful and the chef cooked great food.
The saltwater pool was a nice change from the normal chlorine treated pool. The individual villas were cozy and the outdoor bathroom was also very nice for a change. Overall feeling of being out and n nature was so nice. Will definitely come back.
Beautiful boutique hotel in an old colonial mansion just 400m from the clean, quiet end of Marari beach. We loved lounging by the pool, cycling around the local village and canoing down to the beach for sunset. The food was amazing - we particularly enjoyed freshly made breakfast milkshakes and the Marari fish curry. Would highly recommend for a backwater / beach experience close to Kochi.
