Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
It is great location and spacious villa, and feels like a 2nd home. It was great stay for our family for 3 days. I will recommend this for stay in malvan.
Great location just back from the beach with a village lake setting. Wonderful wonderful friendly staff and the best fish curry I’ve ever eaten in India, or maybe anywhere
Best thing about the property is its location. It is at the beach front and it’s peaceful.
Swimming pool is added benefit.
Food is good and the staff is very helpful.
Adventure activities are nearby and easily accessible. Malvan village is also nearby.
Outside drinks are allowed.
The entire villa was just around the beach. You could walk there if you wanted to in just a few seconds. The shore was visible from the balcony and the windows which we really appreciated and liked.
The caretaker was very good and was one of the best you could hire with money. He did his work as he loved it.
The owner was also a very kind man and provided us with all the information we could ever want about Malvan.
Best Resort.Beach front.
Food was awesome. Veg Non veg food both are tasty.
Staff was polite and quick in service.
Frequent power failures but good generator back.No issue w.r.t Air conditioning.
Village is scenic to roam around.
Lots of trees Everywhere you can see natural green color.
Beach is safe ,experienced few high tides.
Decent crown .No skin show.
Budget friendly old rustic place makes your feel like you are in your village , Mr Manjrekar can take care of your needs like local Malvani cuisine especially fish. Since he is into this business for a while he knows what traveller like. Seek his opinion on your travel plan
Location is very good, direct access to the beach. Room was large enough with two double beds, not luxurious but fine for the budget. Owners were helpful and went the extra mile to provide an electric kettle at my request. Parking is adequate for about 8-10 two wheelers, but only one car at a time. I didn't eat much at the place, trying out nearby restaurants for most part. Breakfast I had twice, it was ok, and once time lunch which was good.
This was a nice, clean, well equipped room just a few minutes walk from the beach. My only gripe is that it is not actually where it is marked on Google Maps or Booking.Com which say it is right on the beachfront. In fact it is a hundred yards back among other properties, up a narrow alley and impossible to find without local help. Also, there is no one there to assist as it is managed from Malvan - although the owner spoke good English and was helpful on the phone. But it is a nice room, very close to a lovely beach and good value for money.
