We had a great stay at the villas for 3 nights. The staff: Naresh, Numa, Kumari, Pavitra, Tila were very attentive, courteous and polite. They treated us like family and catered to every request we had. Pools were always clean and they would clean it again upon our request. They made great homely food and took great care of us. Our kids had a great time with the adults and the kids at the property alike. We will stay here again and would like to recommend this place to all those visiting South Goa.

The location is fantastic and safe. It is in an area of bungalows and villas, and it is gated. The host gave us great convenience options nearby, making it very easy for us to navigate in the area. The villa is well-maintained and clean. Rooms are great and the kitchen is well occupied with everything we needed. Will definitely recommend!
Fantastic hotel with amazing value for money. Very well positioned for the village and beaches. The owner and his family are very professional and very friendly. The restaurant serves very good food and ice cold beers. What more do you want!
We didn't meet the host, Irlene, but her associate, Survesh, was fantastic. Survesh and Irlene arranged any additional amenities without any delay or hesitation. We loved their hospitality! There was full-cleaning provided every three days. In addition, our villa was a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The location couldn't have been better.
I am not sure why the ratings are not too hight for this place. It was purely luxurious experience for that budget. I recommend for Stay near Madgoan Railway Station.
