The staff are polite and everyone is kind. There is a lovely atmosphere in the hotel upon entry and the set up is luxurious. The rooms are clean and there are several toiletries and things provided inside the rooms to make your stay comfortable. The beds are super soft and very clean. The food is good and portions are large.

Backpacker's Den is situated in a very well to do neighborhood. It has posh villas and parks nearby, along with excellent connectivity. It is about 2kms away from the nearest metro.The staff are well mannered and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. One can order in food or even cook for themselves in their kitchen.
