The booking process was a breeze. The reservation team contacts you and works closely with you throughout the stay and are reachable as soon as you need anything.
We were a family of 9 (including 3 kids) who stayed for five nights here and loved every minute of it! We were warmly greeted by Reena and her team of caretakers on our arrival. The rooms are clean and impeccable. Every corner in this place has its own character. The bookshelf and reading corner had a spell on me, really!
We got a regular turndown service and delicious breakfast served every morning! The staff was very attentive to our needs and had even provided additional care for some of us who had a minor cold due to the changes in weather. We will always remember that nice little touch of their service that goes above and beyond.

1) Location was brilliant - a bit away from the main centres of Ooty - which we were not interested in. It’s just a few meters away from the highway. But it’s critical to have your own transport here.

The ambience of the villa and their chimney sitting area for the bonfire is awesome. Added to that the staff is very courteous and food is excellent. We met the hosts and they are very nice people. We had a great experience and would recommend Pear Tree Villa to all families and friends.

Very nice location outside of Kotagiri in the hills. From here you can walk in the tea plantations to a little village as well as to a look out to waterfall. Very autbentic! The hostel is beautiful with a nice hang out area and the friendly staff offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in good quality for a fair price! You ll need thT because to get to Kotagiri ist either a 3-4 km walk or a Taxi ride.

Room was spacious with all needed amenities. Easy and fast internet access. Property had 50" TV with Netflix and Hotstar Full HD Video subscriptions. Beautiful views from the balcony. You can get hit water anytime throughout your stay. They have a kitchen with all necessary items. I really like the arrangement they have inside their 2 BHK villa.
The food was not bad, it’s good. location is ok. Room given to us not worth for money. We booked and paid for a villa but were given a smaller room. There is no doubt that we were easily cheated by the management there.
