We had a lovely time staying at the tree house - it is very cozy and the view from the balcony is stunning. You can hear so many different birds during the day, and all sorts of other wild things at night too. If you decide to stay here bring a pair of binoculars and keep an eye out for the bird and wild orchids on the surrounding trees!
The location is beautiful - there are some nice little walks you can do to and around the riverside, and Kuruva island is a must visit if you enjoy taking your time bird and orchid spotting! Honestly the surroundings were magical and I am so glad we decided to take a short break here away from the crazy towns and cities.
The home cooked meals were lovely, and we were lucky enough to have a chance to watch and learn some Keralan style cooking. Thank you very much to kind and welcoming our hosts!

We were two families and booked the 3 BHK villa. It was a clean and peaceful stay in Swastha. Helpful hosts and the ambience was really good. They also provide homely cooked food which was great. Overall it was a nice experience.
For tourists very nice place to stay as group family or friends. Surrounded with nature.
Two houses in same premises one of that is Caffine villa which contains three individual rooms with a common lounge, the traditional type construction is ok.
Shared kitchen is good with gas and induction stove you can enjoy your food hot.
