The stay is in a beautiful village called Hardu Madam. Walk a few hundred meters towards the check post you ll find beautiful green pastures and a stream. The view from house is not great. The facilities are good. Toilets are clean and spacious.
Room upgrade to the one with balcony was a pleasant surprise & a very sweet gesture from the reservation desk team. Thanks a lot! There is a complementary hi-tea upto 5:30 pm, which is great again. Room sizes are good. Ample storage space for luggage/suitcases. Location is higher up compares to rest all properties. Makes it peaceful & exclusive. Really liked the live musical performances with sitar, santoor. And also the fireplace in the lobby. Temperature controlled swimming pool is luxurious with stunning backdrops!
Thr property is very near to Gulmarg and is on highway, large, luxurious and neat rooms with comfortable and warm beds, staff is very friendly and make us feel like home .

The excellent views and the comfort that the property provided. The staff is vigilant to the needs and helps with resolving matters (misplaced room key, refilling the tea supplies, getting medicine).
