The well maintained garden. There is so much attention to detail. We also liked the walkthrough the village street to go for lunch in the busier area of town.
Of course, we enjoyed watching the monkeys jumping in the trees.
The host and his family were very friendly and welcoming, took us for walks and drove us around. Its higher than Thekkady and the nights ate cooler and more comfortable. The area is very pleasant and quiet, with a nice villagey atmosphere
Matthew and his team were simply amazing. The farm is splendid with many types of trees and plants, everything is lush and green with a little river passing in the middle of the farm. The villas are very well made and comfy. Communication was always easy and fast. Matthew really went out of his way to help us solve a hiccup that we had with our driver booked with a travel agency in another city; we don't know what we would have done without him. We cannot recommend him and his team enough :)
The property is in the middle of tea estate. We stayed in a 2 BHK villa with attached private pool. The Villa can accommodate up to 4 guests (It can also accommodate additional 2 guests). We had taken half board and the breakfast and dinner was very good. We also opted to have lunch before leaving but that also did not disappoint as it was also very good. I do recommend this property as there many other tourists destinations nearby and Thekkady is just 45 min drive. The location, accommodation, food etc will not disappoint you so do visit
calm and quiet place with a chilly weather. easy to access nearby attractions. Calvary mount view point is nearby. host Dijo is so kind and caring person. he has good knowledge about nearby attractions. he showed me nearby village tea production society which is a good place to visit and buy freshly made varieties of teas in a very reasonable price.
The surrounding green terrain, birds chirping and peaceful ambience was awesome. Private pool in few villas is a great facility. Food served were tasty. Hats off to the management who took care of us like family.
