The entire property at Kalidasa is beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was great about it. Few points that exceptionally stand out are -
- Home made food offered - breakfast and dinner are as fresh and delicious as it gets. We absolutely loved the poori, kurma, appam, drum stick, jackfruit based other traditional dishes made to the perfection.
- Cleanliness is top notch. The room and bathroom were spotless. The rest of the property is also very clean, felt like a 4 star property.
- Ambience of the place - tranquil, beautiful, sufficiently connected with nature, with all the required comfort. The hammock is peace and coziness. Sitting in balcony gazing out at the nature while sipping your tailor made tea was bliss. We could take several walks around the area, it was fun and adventurous.
- Hosting family - extremely warm and service oriented. I am very thankful to them for welcoming us and taking such good care of us. Our every request was met enthusiastically and no fuss. For ex. When asked for hot water to drink in the morning, Mr Sudheesh happily provided spices infused hot water which was quite therapeutic.
- Pet support - Very friendly and supportive towards our adorable pet. Thank you so much!

The view was breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience at the Organic Farm. Starting from the check-in and until the check-out everything was so perfect!! And everything was supervised under a very friendly manager. Last but not least, the FOOD was so good!! I would like to recommend this place. You must visit this place at least once in your lifetime!!

The place is amidst coffee plantations. The flora and fauna around the place is very beautiful. The barbecue in the yard with bonfire under the stars and then a dedicated night safari was great!!

A hidden gem in Wanyanad. You relax as soon as you arrive at this beautiful spot. The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The home cooked local food is delicious and always freshly prepared. Much better than a luxury resort, because it has this family spirit.

The location, hospitality and the food. Excellent host. The best place to stay if you are a nature loving person...The peaceful location, added with birds/insects chirping, surrounded by trees and to the room itself on Tree Top.....Add to that the simple but real delicious home food with hospitality- perfect place to get way with family and friends.... A very special thanks to Mr. Sudeesh for arranging the Camp fire which was just on the fly enquiry after reaching the Villa....Would love to come back very soon for longer stay!!!
AThe location is simply what one could ask for . A Wayanadan village with a tribal tinge, paddy fields, the beautiful Kabani river at a walk's distance. The best thing is that Kuruva islands are so near. Thr hosts were very caring and took care of all our needs. They made it feel like a home away from home for us. Their Thirunelli trekking is a real bonus.
The accomondation was beautiful and very clean. The surrounding was amazing. We enjoyed the time as a family very much and the personal was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend a stay at the Kalidasa Tree House and Villa.
