More than expected! One of the best villa that i had been staying Kannur. We had lots of space as huge living room and kitchen for our entire ground floor villa booking. Clean bathroom. No soap scum or oil residue like hotel rooms. Not brand new bathroom but perfectly cleaned. Not sharing accommodation upstairs has seperate entrance through outside so we had privacy for our entire stay. Shops and small restaurants is just 50 feets away especially Bombay restaurant delivered delicious north Indian dishes. Malabar porotta was yummy 😘. Next day morning caretaker provided best kerala breakfast and thick milk coffee. Everything was perfectly fine. We cant expect more than what we had paid. Its really worth it. ☺️

We liked everything about the stay, villa is beautifully designed, very nice and soothing interiors, helping host - always available on phone! The best part is the location, beautiful Thottada beach 🏖 is visible from the bedrooms! Clean and empty beach, water is nice for a swim too!
Such a beautiful place, tranquil and peaceful. Shar, the host is very friendly and helpful, mild mannered and good humoured. The food was incredible and cheap, he catered to our needs and was easy around planning if we'd like to eat there on a day-by-day basis with little fuss, he was always around for cups of tea/coffee or just hot water. Gave us directions to get filtered water to save plastic. The beautiful beach was only a short walk away as was the village. Couldn't recommend it more highly.
The breathtaking view of the sea from the room's balcony is a highlight, and the staff's warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere. The luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining experiences, and the staff's local insights made it a memorable and rejuvenating coastal retreat. The room was fully equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, bottled water, tea, coffee and all bathroom amenities.
We loved our stay here so much. The location is almost right on Kizhunna beach which is clean, calm and so quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful with organising things for us. There are no shops or cafes near, but the restaurant provides very delicious food and drink including beer. You can reach Kannur city by tuktuk, which has some great places for shopping and food. If you’re looking for a relaxed few days to retreat, with incredible sunsets and great staff, this is the place!
The villa had ample space and amenities and the host Prajith was just amazing. He made us feel at home and even got us a sightseeing tour throughout the city.
We like that everything about this villa about 11 km from Kannur main Town so we don't have to worry about traffic loud noise horns closest town only less than 1 km. Bunch of shops lay more restaurants everything you need. Very clean place surroundings are very green. Next day here take a providers delicious South Indian breakfast. My family and I had a very comfortable stay for the very reasonable price with air condition room with attached bathroom ,clean linens. Definitely we recommend this place to any travelers.
