It is a new house well maintained...feels like staying at your own home. The host Prasanth is excellent..he has cab/auto contacts...so it was very helpful...any help he is available all the time...he is also staying close by. It is 4kms to IIM Kozhikode campus.

Second Night they gave us a better room that was good whereas the so called Pond Villa which they claim that Booking.com booked for us which I am not aware was HORRIBLE,even access,approach worst ever dor any Natural Resort
