The villa is the same in real as it looks in the picture. The host, Paresh is a perfect person you would want to have as your host. He himself came all the way to the main road to receive us and was kid enough to arrange a cab to the airport when our pre booked cab got cancelled. 5 star quality service

Property has an excellent view, and the services were good. We enjoyed our trip in this villa. Manager and all the staff members were good and cooperative.
We loved the vibe of the property! Also the response was super efficient! Stayed there for two nights! Cafe,shops and most importantly being beachfront property was the best part!
If you're planning a stay at North Goa this is one of the best resorts.The property is very serene and Arambol beach is just a 1 kilometre away. We can take a walk or drive to the beach. The pool view rooms are luxurious. Hospitality and service is also good. Owner of the property are polite and will help you with every problem.
Overall it's the best resort you can get. Do visit when in Arambol :)

Location is good, villa is situated in the main market, Arambol beach is on 3-5 min walkable distance. Villa is specious, clean and well maintained. small garden is available for late night chill/chit chat, but carry mosquito repellent without fail. Special guest a beautiful cat is present for welcome to see off.
