The host provided all the information needed for our stay, even providing a welcome basket with some treats which was unexpected. The house was easy to access with the information provided, as well as exceptionally clean. There was a booklet providing all contact details required if there was an emergency of any kind. My family had a wonderful time at the house. I would definitely recommend staying here and will come back if we are a big group again.

Margaret and Jim were the most welcoming and attentive of hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our room was impeccably clean and the house was only a few minutes from both beach and the village of Rosscarbery. We will definitely be back! A lovely, quiet cottage just 2 mins walk away from the village center. Warm, cozy and easy parking. The host is very friendly, helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

The view from the room overlooked the beach and I could hear the sound of the waves as I rested.

Beautiful B&B with spectacular view over the ocean and just within 5 minute walk from the beach. Large bedroom, luxury bathroom and great breakfast in a wonderful dining room you would never leave! Jim and Margaret are the most special guest I have ever met, plenty of attention with everyone and ever so kind and funny. We really enjoyed our staying and wish to be back in their beautiful house as soon as possible! Highly recommended!!
