The barn is fabulous. It's beautifully decorated and the bed and couches are so comfortable. Great facilities, there's everything you need in the kitchen and lots of fridge space. Penny was really friendly and responded to messages quickly, and the location is perfect, it's such a peaceful area and not too far from the town either.

This is a lovely house. We really liked the two ensuite bedrooms and the downstairs toilet. The location is excellent, a few steps from the Barrow Way, with supermarkets a few minutes walk.

The home was excellent, very spacious and had everything you would need for a family stay. The host was very efficient and contactable had there been any issues via WhatsApp which is very reassuring. The area was only a few minutes drive from a larger town and the views were phenomenal.
We drive to a beach which was within 40minutes and there were endless walking and climbing opportunities. For those interested in golf, there is a golf course only 5 minutes drive away.
Overall a lovely stay with my husband and 2 children aged 10 and 15 years old.

Being pet friendly was a huge plus for us as we didn't have the worry of leaving dogs with neighbours or a kennel..
Very safe roads surrounding the Lodge for walks and Egans pub down the road was a hidden gem!!

Lovely old style b and b in Bunclody, by the Slaney river. Lovely stream flowing through the the main street, a nice village. Our host Phil was extremely friendly. And as we had time to spare, Phil recommend Altamont gardens to visit on our way home. A beautiful place to visit and purchase a few garden shrubs.
Meadowside is right in the lovely village of Bunclody. The lady of the house was very friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and great value. The breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place for the end of our Wicklow Way adventure. A welcoming traditional b and b with Phil as a friendly and helpful hostess. The room was beautifully furnished and we really appreciated our full Irish breakfast. The house was situated in the middle of Bunclody, a nice village with plenty of amenities.
We travelled for my other half’s Birthday over the long weekend. I requested a “sweet treat” for my other half. Clody Lodge didn’t disappoint as he was greeted with a lovely box of chocolates. Location was excellent.. on the outskirts of the village. restaurants and pubs were within walking distance for us. Though we didn’t meet any staff until we checked out, the housekeepers were lovely as well as the man who we dealt with at the desk for check out.
