We recently had the pleasure of staying at Deirdre's accommodation near Cong Village, and we can confidently say it was one of the best experiences we've ever had!
The location is perfect—just a short distance from the charming village of Cong, allowing easy access to its beautiful sights. Deirdre, the host, truly goes above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home.
The facilities are outstanding; the cleanliness and comfort are top-notch. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing home-cooked brownies and Guinness bread that Deirdre provided. Both were delicious and showcased her talent in the kitchen.
I cannot recommend Deirdre's place highly enough. With exceptional hospitality, top-tier facilities, and delightful treats, it truly deserves a 10-star rating. I can’t wait to return!

Thank you to Irene for accommodating our group. The place was laid out beautifully, honestly the photos do not do this cottage justice. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen had everything and more to cook a meal with. We would love to stay again in future, nearly a month later and our group are still talking about how fabulous our stay was.

Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Beautifully appointed- feeling of luxury. Lovely location in rural setting but not far from Cong and Ballinrobe. Hosts were very helpful and even provided some supplies of food including bacon, sausage and eggs which was unexpected. Two lovely bedrooms with en-suites. Recently built and all modern appliances. Felt very relaxed here and wish we could have had a longer stay. Would definitely recommend and nice to revisit at some point.
I really liked the Village Inn. Easy check in and bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Its easy to come and go and there is a bar right under for food and drink and a shop right next door.
A lovely cosy apartment with everything we needed for a few days away. Great location with a nice charming village close by, lovely friendly atmosphere. Very friendly dog to keep us company too which we enjoyed..thank you x
The staff are very friendly, chatty, engaging, and very helpful. We loved our time in the village inn. The locals were quite friendly also. An all round warm and welcoming atmosphere in a lovely traditional style pub. No delay with service and facilities are immaculate.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, particularly the luxurious bathroom. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff. Would highly recommend staying here.
Absolutely unbelievable value for money! Bernie, the host, was such a lovely woman! John was a pleasure to deal with via email and the guesthouse was spotless clean, exceptionally comfortable and we could not hear any passing noise - which was fantastic given we had our 6month old baby with us! I've been recommending the village Inn to everyone and we will definitely be back! Thank you!
