Good location, parking on driveway but also just a few minutes walk to a bus stop for 40D bus that takes you 20minutes into centre of Dublin, very close to Temple Bar district.
The accommodation was clean and having basic kitchen facilities was very useful. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We took a dog, who was also made very welcome and, with a small area out of French doors, was very handy with a dog.

Lovely 3 nights spent at The Cow House this summer, wishing we would have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful gardens, explore the surrounding area, and take advantage of the small onsite café. The renovated space was delightful and full of interesting architectural details, the kitchen superbly equipped, the dining area with a charming view to the courtyard. Beds were comfortable, gorgeous linens… all in all a terrific find.

This is a near or brand new home in a very quiet suburban outside of Swords but we don’t mind because we had a rental car

It was a comfortable stay for us. It's a spacious house in a safe and quiet area, with a small inner yard where you can enjoy the fresh air. The house is located at a very short distance from a good shop with affordable prices and the bus stop also. The beds were excellent, clean bed linnen, towels at our disposal. Good quality coffee also offered by hosts and even a bottle of milk. We felt good, safe and comfortable here so we would repeat the experience for sure. I recommend this location.

Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The place is really close to Dublín in a calm and peaceful village. Sean and family are very helpful and kind. It was perfect to take a breath and rest after our visits to different places in Dublin and the surrounding areas.
Lovely old country house. Old stables/farm sheds converted into comfortable lofts and studio apartments. This place has so much potential. Sean is a great host host chilled out and relaxed happy to chat but also good enough to leave you enjoy the space. Lovely walk down through the estate into Lucan village though the trees on the old entranceway.
The studio apartment had some beautiful old features, quirky bathroom pod an amazing old door out onto the courtyard and lovely stone walls.
Perfect for a short family stay and within easy driving reach of all the sites around Dublin. Very close to Lucan village which has some nice bars and restaurants.
This was great value for money. The room was clean. Tea and coffee making facilities. Iron and ironing board. Very quiet considering its location. 5 min drive to Liffey valley shopping centre and about 15 mins to Blanchardstown shopping centre. Staff were exceptional and very helpful. Bus stop outside the property to take you to the city centre or into Lucan village.
Friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent breakfast, close to buses, and local village nearby. The older style hotel had lovely historic details. Parking was great and reception staff all fantastic. They gave us a continental breakfast at 4.30 am in the lobby before we left for an early flight.
Dates of stay 21-25 June.
Mount Pleasant is a gem of a place to stay. A rural 18th century mansion house with beautiful grounds, yet close to the thriving village of Lucan. From there it's a C3 bus to the heart of Dublin. Ensuite with a comfortable bed and towels provided. You'll be self-catering but the large modern country kitchen has everything you need. Sean is a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Caroline and Ian.
