We loved The Small House. It was perfect size for my little family. The location was ideal. We were close to everything and felt very safe and comfortable. We were able to take day trips to Ballybunnion and Cork and be back to the house in no time. My brother and cousins live nearby so the location was ideal for them to visit, too!

Perfectly situated and private! The sun room was a delight, lots of hot water for showers and great kitchen.

Bed was really comfy, clean and high quality. Similarly the shower was really hot with great water pressure. These two basics being such high quality made a short simple stay feel luxurious. Maurice was chilled and thoughtful. I didn’t realise from the listing that the bathroom was shared, I think there were only 2 or 3 rooms sharing it though, and it was never a problem!
There was an excellent pub in the village called McCarthy's with exceptional beer garden Mary the owner was very welcoming and very helpful 😀 and Dee the lady that owns the house was very accommodating we look forward to visiting Finuge again soon
The bed was so comfortable with amazing sheets. Slept like a baby. Also lots of really good quality luxury towels. The owner is welcoming and easy going.
The B&B was conveniently located in a quiet street within 5 minutes walk of the town centre. The room was modern and decorated to a high standard with all the facilities you would expect from a Luxury Hotel. Noreen was very friendly and we were made to feel at home. Breakfast was tasty and well cooked with options for more if needed.
Noreen is a brilliant host. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and at home. The room was luxurious and clean. Breakfast was delicious.
This B&B was clean, comfortable and affordable. The host was helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed the Full Irish Breakfast. The village center is near, and there are beautiful walking paths along the riverside.
Aoife was a fabulous host and very proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed. We only had an overnight in Listowel, but could have stayed longer in this quaint town. Location was fabulous for walking into the village/town, and the breakfast Aoife prepared for us was substantial. Thank you.
