Holywood House No 2, hotel in Laragh

Offering garden views, Holywood House No 2 is an accommodation located in Hollywood, 22 km from Riverbank Arts Centre and 22 km from The Curragh Racecourse.

For us the location was key. We had researched the local cafe Hollywood Cafe & the local Pub / Restaurant & both of these were highly recommend. Also both within walking distance of property. The village although very small was busy due to popularity of local cafe & restaurant. Despite how busy it was it was still a very quiet location. If you're a hiker then this would also be a good base. For us we wanted to be close to Dublin but not too close (approx 45 mins by car). For the west coast & south west areas of Ireland you would be looking at a max of 3 hours driving depending on where you wished to visit. Accommodation consisted of 2 floors & could sleep 4, Kitchen basic but enough for what we needed. The host readily available if needed as they lived in a property on same site. Plenty of storage for clothes / kit etc. For most days were out visiting / touring. Would happily recommend this cottage to family & friends. Will probably return for another stay.

The Deerstone Luxury Eco Hideaway, hotel in Laragh

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, The Deerstone Luxury Eco Hideaway is a recently renovated villa located in Laragh, 2.8 km from Glendalough Monastery.

Lovely little place to getaway to, everything is thought of from pillow sprays to a fire to chill by in the evening. Plenty of facilities to cook and eat in the house. Hot tub, robes and slippers were excellent and even offered a yoga class on Saturday! The pizzas and breakfast hampers were a lovely touch also.

Luxury Country House Glendalough Wicklow, hotel in Laragh

Set in Laragh, in a historic building, 2.2 km from Glendalough Monastery, Luxury Country House Glendalough Wicklow is a holiday home with a garden and bar.

Lisa's house was an absolutely beautiful space to stay. She had great communication and was very helpful on arrival. The comfort and interior of the house exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to stay with a group of friends, it would be perfect for a family too. The kitchen was so well equipped and had everything for both food and drink you could ever need. The beds were so comfortable and lots of places around the house to relax. Great modern showers and fresh towels were provided. The location and grounds of the house were so beautiful and just a short walk to the pub/restaurant, a cafe, a shop and close to Glendalough. I would highly highly reccomend!

Just awesome, stunning. You don't really expect a place like this. Everything was just fine for our group of 7, the rooms each had a shower and a toilet, the kitchen was well equipped. Would have loved to stay longer.

Green Meadow Farm Holiday Homes, hotel in Laragh

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Wicklow, Green Meadow Farm Holiday Homes is a holiday home surrounded by views of the garden.

For us the stay was near perfect. The set up in the old farmhouse and the loft were well thought out and presented in a warm and friendly manner. Denise was extremely approachable and offered suggestions to us for excursions in the area. The little touches of picking your own eggs for breakfast made my daughter’s day! The play area on the grounds was amazing the young members of our group would’ve spent all day on there if we’d let them and the location was also perfect for those wanting a getaway from the noise of every day life. Will definitely be looking at this for our next family stay in Ireland in 2026!

The location was lovely, very close to a lovely village and restaurants with delicious food (within walking distance). We were welcomed on arrival by Patrick who was so welcoming towards us. The facilities were immaculate including a kitchen area to prepare our own food when required. This was our first time Glamping and our expectations are high for the next time, to say the least.

Lovely quaint guest house in Laragh, which is a beautiful little village in the Wicklow mountains. We stayed in a studio apartment type room. We needed the kitchenette, which was great. The room is very cosy but also spacious. The bed was very comfy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We will return again. Wicklow Heather restaurant next door is fantastic 👌🏽

A shop across the road, & 2 places within walking distance to choose from for dinner, not bad for a tiny village, a very pleasant place, our rooms were quiet, the accommodation is a minutes drive from Glendalough.
