Location is really quiet & peaceful, great for star viewing on a clear night. Nice walk to the pier at Dreenatra. It's almost equidistant by car to Schull (9mins) or ballydehob (8mins). The cottage is very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay.

Beautiful cottage in a very secluded location. It has all the amenities needed to have a great weekend with friends. Angela the host is very kind and left leaflets with loads of options of activities to do. The village is nearby and the road trip around the Beara peninsula is gorgeous
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casey's and would stay here again. The location at the center of the Village is ideal, the staff is capable and friendly, and the quality of the restaurant was exceptional.
Beautiful hotel, amazing spa with outdoor hot tubs and ice barrels and sauna overlooking the bay. Delicious meal and tasty pints. Lovely friendly village. Our stay was a treat and highlight of the Christmas period.
Jovanka and Alec are extremely welcoming and hospitable hosts. The Black Sheep is clean and comfortable, sits right on the bank of a beautiful river, and has the Glengarriff Nature Reserve as a backyard. Glengarriff itself is a charming little village, the surrounding area of the Beara peninsula is gorgeous!
The staff were absolutely lovely but couldn't cater for vegans for breakfast. They recommended the coffee shop opposite, who were amazing. The staff at Casey's were super helpful in the evening and we managed to have some soup and bread for dinner.
The main bed in the family room was so comfortable and the bedding was a dream. We stayed in a larger hotel nearby for a few more nights after and the bed & bedding was nice but not as luxurious as Casey's felt. Thank you!
