It was in a pretty setting. It was a spacious home allowing for a large group or family. But not great for a 1 overnight stay, especially with no instructions on how to heat the home on a freezing night!

It was a wonderful stay, the house was very clean, and tidy. The animals are gentle and very friendly, it was the best part of the day there.

One double bed with en suite downstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. Only a tub upstairs, no shower. Downstairs on my has a shower. Very clean. Plenty of kitchen supplies including coffee maker, air fryer, washing machine (no dryer) and dishwasher. Short drive outside of Clifden, which worked for us since we rented a car. Too far to walk to town. Close to an Aldi for groceries. We were only there one night but it met our needs.
Perfect for families, groups, or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while traveling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, free-standing mansions – travelers can cook, lounge, and explore at their own pace. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.

This beautiful apartment is right by the water, so quiet and comfortable. We loved staying there and will most certainly return. The apartment was very sparkling clean, very well thought out for guests and has everything you could want for a short or a long stay.
It’s also right in the middle of Cleggan Village, with wonderful pubs and food. We particularly loved Newman‘s Bar and Oliver‘s seafood bar. .
If this apartment is available, I recommend that you book it! We certainly will do so again.
Loved everything about this apartment. The owners have put a lot of thought into the apartment providing everything you need for a stay. It is right on the pier in a small village, a great base to explore the area. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking at home and a large lounge room area with TV and streaming services. Excellent place to stay with two bedrooms, parking and accessibility, spotlessly clean.
The house was very nice indeed from all points of view. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Owner went out of her to help us with a problem (not connected to the property). Village of Cleggan ver attractive and Clifden a lovely little town.
Our breakfast was excellent, far more than we expected or needed. Chris went out of his way to get up early for us and to cook anything we wanted. It is great staying over a real Irish pub and so close to the pier of a working fishing village. Great views and very reasonably priced. Great atmosphere. Not a touristy place. Quiet.
Breakfast was very good
The owner was very very pleasant and accommodating. She offered us the choice of leaving our car at her residence while we went on the boat trip to Inis Boffin.
Location of house is very close to the pier and the village
The hostess is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at Hazelbrook Farmhouse.
The weather was not good but we spent a great night at the seafood restaurant in the village.
The beds were comfy, we slept very well and we had a nice breakfast.
I recommend this B&B.
I will come back to visit Inishbofin island.
Thank you Josephine.
Perfect B&B in Cleggan, feeling a bit at the end of the world in this small village. Our host was extremely nice and welcoming, the room was small but very cozy and comfortable (the bathroom was a bit small), the breakfast very good and with lots of choices. The location is really nice and quiet. We had a lovely stay.
