Location was fab we were there for New Years Eve and although freezing and wet, it couldn't take away from the beauty of the sea. We cannot wait to come back in summer. Between us we had 2 houses. They are huge and bedroom are big and spacey, noone felt like they were cramped. As for people complaining about it needing updating if it's a big country house with beautiful scenery you want then this is it. If its 5.star luxury you want go stay in the Hilton. Brilliant for families and groups I would recommend Portbeg to anyone
The property was exceptional. Very clean fit for purpose everything you need for a fantastic break. The hosts were very nice and happy to help with anything very informative about the area. The holiday village is literally on the beach. A beautiful scenic nice short walk along the beach takes you into Bundoran town. Lots to do and see locally and great places to see further away.
Loved the location on the beachfront. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We had dinner in the hotel I ordered seafood chowder with wheaten bread and the chowder was amazing, the best chowder I've had in fact. Our room was very clean and spacious, I loved the tea/coffee making facility in our room. The shower was quite powerful and modern. Would definitely stay again.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Very child friendly.
Location was superb, walking distance to all amenities especially with young children like ours. The room was super spacious with one double an 2 single beds. Some hotel rooms wouldn't be as big. The bathroom was clean and modern with a lovely hot walk in shower.
Breakfast was plentiful an tasty with a view from the breakfast area over the beachfront.
Would highly recommend and we will definitely book again on our next staycation to bundoran
Fabulous 5 star holiday home with everything that you could need for the perfect holiday. Beautifully decorated with lovely garden. Pretty peaceful village setting.Would throughly recommend.
Unreal view and the set out was lovely! We went for the lake villa which was split level down a few steps was living room with patio door with garden out to the lake, then up a few steps was kitchen and dining area with balcony to look out to the lake then up another few steps was the bedroom and bathroom.
Kellie at reception was lovely down to earth girl, the guy seem to get on better the second day rather than at check in as no chat from him.
