The house was lovely and more than big enough for the three of us. The main bedroom was a really great size and the balcony was a nice addition. The beds and sofas were comfortable, and it was really quiet at night. Also a great location – just a couple of minutes to the harbour and all the restaurants.

This cosy, modern house was all we could have wished for. Christine and Ken, owners/hosts, very helpful and friendly. A really nice touch was necessary items of food and drink provided for our arrival, Everything in and about the house was tasteful, in perfect condition and clean, a hand-written welcome note a very nice, friendly gesture.
A lovely surprise, finally, was Christine bringing us warm. home-made scones, butter and bramble jam just before we departed. A great little 'leaving present'.
Although a little off the beaten track, (this is, after all, rural West Cork!) I really would recommend this property - an absolute joy, both the house and the owners.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Loved the seclusion of the lodges,yet only a few yards from the main hotel and all its amenities.Food was excellent (especially the breakfast).,Fabulous views of the harbour from the outdoor dining area at the rear.Staff were also polite and obliging.

From the moment we walked throught the front door we were made to feel at home. Location is stunning just a short walk from the village. Francesca and Johannes were extremely friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was beautiful and cooked to order with a great selection to choose from. Bed was comfy and room had all we needed including a beautiful view.
Great location, 2 minutes walk from the village and they had their own lovely terrace out the back to sit and have a drink and take in the views! Service was great and the staff were so friendly. I’d happily return
